Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Aberdeen, MS District Court - 1044 The government is seeking new space, approximately 7,989 usable square feet of office space, storage area, break room area, computer area, maps and technology area, conference and training area. With 20 surface parking spaces and 3 secured parking spaces for government vehicles. Delineated Area : Consideration will be given to locations only within the CBD of the City of Aberdeen, MS Other considerations : Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements as well as the capability of providing alternate/backup power for the computer data center. Required : All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy : The space is required on or before March 30, 2018.
