36C25018Q0256 Elevator Testing Inspection Services Department of Veteran Affairs Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, single award contract for an elevator consultant to provide load testing and inspections for eighteen (18) elevators located at the VA Medical Center (VAMC), 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037. Solicitation packages will be available on or about January 5, 2018. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to shasta.britt@va.gov by Noon, January 8, 2018. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Quotations are due no later than 2:00 PM (ET) on January 10, 2018 by email or at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240 NAICS Code is 541350, and Size Standard is $7.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued as full and open competition with 100% Veteran-Owned Small Business concern or VSOB set-aside.
