- Description
- The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Winergy, LLC. This order will be for Atrium Smoke Purge Testing for systems in use at the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. This order requires smoke pressurization matrix verification and testing, smoke evacuation and shutdown verification, and test and balance reports. Winergy, LLC has been identified as a trained provider and one familiar with the system located at the Charles George VAMC who can supply this service. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. Interested contractors may identify their capability to provide the services prescribed within this notice, and should provide sufficient data for the government to determine them as a comparable alternative to the intended source. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 13.106-1 (b).
