Change 3. on page 2 of the solicitation, titled "ALL PAGES OF THE SOLICITATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN THEIR ENTIRETY", to: The only method of submitting a proposal that is authorized in this solicitation is: EMAIL PROPOSALS TO: charles.mielkeii@dla.mil A single email cannot exceed 10 MB. Proposals greater than 10 MB must be divided into multiple emails. 2. Reopen the solicitation. The solicitation's closing time is January 19th, 2018 1:00 PM EST. Amendments 0001-0003 and the solicitation must be signed, dated and returned to charles.mielkeii@dla.mil by the above date and time.
