Description
The TSA Office of Training and Development (OTD) Training Centers Division (TCD), TSA Training Center (TSATC) is seeking a contractor to provide Role Player Support Services in aiding the Office of Law Enforcement/ Federal Air Marshal Service (OLE/FAMS), Federal Flight Deck Officer (FFDO) Recurrent Training Programs, and the Canine Training Center (CTC). The Statement of Work (SOW) covers the OLE/FAMS and FFDO Recurrent training at the TSATC, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey, FFDO Recurrent training at the Dallas Federal Flight Deck Officer Recurrent Training Facility, Coppell, Texas, and CTC training center on the grounds of Lackland Air Force Base (LAFB), San Antonio, Texas. The major objective of this requirement is to provide role players as an integral part of training exercises for the OLE/FAMS, FFDO, and CTC Training Programs. These training exercises are designed to teach the Federal Air Marshal (FAM) and FFDO law enforcement tasks in various realistic situations. Training exercises conducted at the CTC are designed to teach canine handlers and canine assets to detect explosive material on individuals and their personal effects.
