Description

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL ITEMS As part of their quote, offerors shall submit the following information: (1) Solicitation Contractor shall read the solicitation and complete the following: (a) Fill in Contractor information, 1(a) on page 3. (b) Fill in Contractor contact information, on page 3. (c) Fill in all unit and total estimated costs under the SCHEDULE OF SERVICES AND PRICING (Section B.6) on page 9. (d) Offerors shall submit proposals via email to: Christopher.cook6@va.gov No Later Than 01/11/2018 at 5:00 p.m. (CST) (2) Technical Capability A technical description, in the form of a capability or narrative statement, of the service being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. Briefly describe the following: (a) Show ability to perform the service identified in the SOW. (b) Provide number of employees to be used for performance of this contract. (c) List technical certifications (Cleanroom Certifications from Professional Institution) as applicable to be used for performance of this contract. NOTE: Offerors who fail to submit the required documentation may be considered nonresponsive, and may not be considered for award.
