- This Request for Quote (RFQ), N62271-18-Q-1060, for the Naval Postgraduate School is prepared in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS associated with this purchase is 42341, this is a total small business set aside. NPS has a Brand Name or Equivalent Requirement for the below items referenced in the Schedule of Supplies. The Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) intends to award a Fixed Firm Price purchase order. Brand name or equal “ FAR 52.211-6 is hereby incorporated in full text. Must provide information required by FAR 52.211-6 when submitting offers for brand name or equal. Any equivalent or substitute specification must be noted on the vendor submission. Products offered should be submitted with documentation that provides conformation of satisfaction of the salient characteristics Method of payment will be via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Statement of Requirements: The Naval Postgraduate School requires a Hadland brand lighting system or equivalent, manufacture part number 7-up-003. See attached RFQ.
