Description
M00318-18-Q-0003 Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00318-18-Q-0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20171228. There is no set-aside for this RFQ. Quotes are being requested for the following: CLIN 0001: Conference Space and Catering Description: See paragraph 2.1 of the Performance Work Statement for requirement details. Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Each Period of Performance: 21-May-2018 to 25-May-2018 CLIN 0002: Hotel Rooms Description: See paragraph 2.2 of the Performance Work Statement for requirement details. This is an information CLIN only. Award will be made to the contractor whose quote represents the best value to the Government. This determination will be made using price and the following non-price factors: Technical and Past Performance. Technical includes the following subfactors: 1. Per Diem: the venue must offer current Per Diem rate to event attendees. 2. Decor: decor must be conducive to a professional event (e.g., no Luau themes) 3. Conference space: main conference room, break out rooms, admin office space, and meal room must be adjacent to each other or within reasonable distance. Past Performance will be evaluated by reviewing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS-SR) in accordance with DFARS 213.106-2. All questions must be submitted prior to January 12, 2018 at 12:00 pm (Hawaii). To be considered for award, contractors must submit quotations to ensure they reach destination by no later than 12:00 p.m. (Hawaii) on January 19, 2018. Quotations received after the due date and time will not be considered for award.
