- THIS REQUIREMENT IS HEREBY CANCELLED IN IT'S ENTIRETY. This requirement is for a 30 Day Post Deployment Yellow Ribbon Event for Soldiers and their families with the Arkansas Army National Guard. The event shall be held within the city limits of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The Contractor is required to provide all of the services listed in the Statement of Work. All services shall be provided in one location. The Government will not issue split awards for the services requested in the Statement of Work. The applicable NAICS Code is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. This is an unrestricted size standard. Interested contractors are encouraged to review the Statement of Work, which is included in the Solicitation. Interested contractors should complete the Quote Sheet, which is included in the Solicitation, and forward to monica.d.walker.civ@mail.mil by no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, 16 January 2018. Any questions shall be submitted in writing to monica.d.walker.civ@mail.mil by no later than 11:00 am on Friday, 12 January 2018.
