- This Solicitation is issued to Request Proposals (RFP) for the WOSB set aside in accordance with FAR 19.15 Woman-Owned SmallBusiiness Program for non-personal services contract to provide Soldier Tactical/Expeditionary Power and Energy Generation Services in support of the United States Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC), Command Power and Integration Directorate (CP&I), Power Division (PD) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland and Fort Belvoir, Virginia in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) Soldier Tactical/Expeditionary Power and Energy Generation Services In Support of CERDEC, Command, Power and Integration Directorate Power Division. This solicitation includes the following package documents: RFP Solicitation CDRLS: A001 Monthly Status Report A002 Final Technical Report A003 Safety Assessment Report (SAR) A004 Design and Drawings Attachments: Questions for solicitation may be submitted, but are not guranteed a response. Questions are due to Tammy Woodard, tammy.m.woodard2.civ@mail.mil by 1:00pm on Monday 02 January2018. The due date for proposals is Monday 05 February 2018, 1500 hours. Proposals must be submitted through the SAFE site.
