Description
The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability and energy star requirements. The proposed space shall not be located in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. Estimated Occupancy shall be no later than March 15, 2018. Expressions of interest due NLT 2/6/2018 4PM Mountain Daylight Time. The Government's Decision reguarding whether to relocate will be based in part on information received in response to this advertisement. State: Utah City: West Valley City, Utah Delineated area: 2700 North in Harrisville on the North, to 1200 S. in Ogden on the South, 1-15 in Weber County to the West, and Wall Avenue and Highway 89 to the East. Space should be located in either an office or light industrial park area. Minimum square feet: 100,000 BOMA Usable SF Maximum square feet: 115,000 BOMA Usable SF Parking: 555 surface spaces
