- This is a Request For Information (RFI) is for a possible future services requirement. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining whether to issue a solicitation, the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. NAICS CODE: 511210- Software Publishers SIZE STANDARD: $38.5 MIL This Sources Sought is in support of market research being conducted by the National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, MD) to identify capable businesses for commercial off the shelf (COTS) management software. Please see attached description for details. Responses must reference HHS-NIH-OD-OLAO-SS-18-001 and include the following: (1) Name and Address of the vendor, (2) Size and type of business (3) Point of contact with name, title, phone, fax and email, (4) DUNS number, (5) Vendor's capability statement (no more than 15 pages) addressing any of the four software requirements (vendor’s may respond to all or any of the requirements). Please be specific in which of the requirements your company is responding to. (6) List of organizations to whom the same or similar types of equipment have been previously provided to include contract number, dollar value, name, and the phone number of the Contracting Officer, (7) Applicable Product/services list. ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE, January 17, 2018, 2 PM EST. Please submit Capability Statements through email (worshamz@od.nih.gov) All questions and/or comments must be in writing and emailed to Zedekiah J. Worsham at worshamz@od.nih.gov. Comments and questions will NOT be answered, but will assist in creating a solicitation for this requirement. Disclaimer and Important Notes.
