PROCUREMENT SUMMARY General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: IL City: Aurora / North Aurora / Warrenville / Naperville / Lisle / Wheaton Delineated Area: Within the following boundaries: North: W Mooseheart Rd east to W Oak Dr, south to Orchard Rd/Mooseheart Rd, east to Rt 31, south to Route 56/State Street/Butterfield Rd, east to Leask Ln South: W Indian Trail east to E Indian Trail, east to N Aurora Rd, east to Rt 34/W Ogden Ave, east to Yackley Ave East: Yackley Ave north to Warrenville Road, west to Leask Ln, north to Rt 56/Butterfield Rd West: Dearpath Rd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,753 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,170 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 surface spaces reserved for Government vehicles directly adjacent to the building. Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor. Agency may not be collocated with law enforcement agencies. Data connections must be available capable of providing no less than 10Mbps (preferably DS3 lines which operate at about 45Mbps). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offerors shall provide evidence that the offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain, unless the Government determines it to be the only practicable alternative.
