Asbestos Report Statement of Work Draft Sources Sought document As-Built Drawings SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources which are capable and interested in performing design and construction services on Yokota AB for the scope of work listed within this notice and attachments. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price, with a magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work to be performed under a contract formed from this scope of work will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 236210 - "Industrial Building (except warehouses) Construction, General Contractors". PROJECT DESCRIPTION The 374th Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an anticipated acquisition that includes all contractor supplied management, design, labor, equipment, parts, tools, and materials to repair, renovate, and modify building 305 into a code compliant and fully useable facility. The project requires that interested sources are capable to perform all work and managerial oversight necessary to design, repair, and modify building 305 so that it can accommodate the Consolidated Tool Kit (CTK) and Supply functions necessary to perform business operations at Yokota AB. Additionally, it is anticipated that this project will incorporate asbestos abatement functions which shall adhere to all environmental regulations. An asbestos report for building 305 is located within attachment 2 of this notice. All performance under this project shall meet or exceed U.S. Government and Japanese Construction Standards. The scope of work, performance schedule, material submittals, license and certification requirements, and design standards are explained in further detail within the attachments of this notice. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. ANY SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. STATEMENT OF CAPABILITY REQUEST If your business has the capability and interest to perform this scope of work for this proposed acquisition, please submit a capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies: 1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include location and dollar value. 2. Point of contact including phone number, physical address and e-mail address. 3. Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. Please submit all pertinent capability information and/or questions to the Contracting Officer listed below via e-mail, no later than 4:30 p.m., 26 January 2018. *NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under any resulting solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel any resulting solicitation, either before or after the closing date. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only.
