- Approved J&A Accelerating Capacity for Monitoring and Evaluation (ACME) is a four year contract (February 11, 2014 to February 10, 2018) providing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) support services for the USAID/Bangladesh Economic Growth Office (EG). It provides services to both DO:2/Feed the Future (FTF) team and DO:4/Environment team and their respective implementing partners. The major actions for the proposed modification are -- 1) to extend the period of performance of the contract from February 10, 2018 to January 10, 2019 with a revised SOW and 2) to change the alternate COR During the 11-month extension period, the contractor will provide M&E support services to only DO:2/FTF team, discontinuing support to the DO:4/Environment team. Some of the major deliverables in the extension period are -- 1. Support in drafting a new DO 2 Performance Management Plan (PMP) per USAID guidance and direction 2. Review the MEL plans of existing and new implementing partners (IPs) 3. Support DO:2 team to conduct DQAs and submit completed DQA packages 4. Provide one-to-one technical assistance to IPs, based on USAID guidance and direction 5. Coordinate the data aggregation process for annual reporting per USAID guidance and direction and prepare a compiled data table 6. Conduct two performance evaluations and one assessment 7. Arrange and deliver one training and two working group meetings per USAID direction
