Description

Intent to Sole Source JPM-P M53 VCA Adapter The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to solicit a sole source contract for the Joint Project Manager- Protection (JPM-P), M53 Mask Valve Cassette Assembly (VCA) Adapter. The proposed contract action is required by Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD). This action is supported by the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). The proposed action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, D. Wheatley Enterprises, Inc. (Cage Code 1UEU9), under the authority of FAR 6.302 1. In accordance with FAR 5.207 (c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
