- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Solicitation: N64267-18-T-0047 Type of Notice: Sources Sought Title: Haivision MaintenanceAgreement Posted Date: 1/19/2018 Response Date: 1/24/2018 Set Aside: N/A Classification Code: J070 Maintenance and Repair of Automatic Data Processing Equipment, Software, Supplies and Support Equipment NAICS Code: 511210 Software Publishers Description: This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to Haivision for the following: Haivision Maintenance Agreement for premium maintenance and support program part number M-PREM-SUPP-REN. This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 24 January 2018, shall be considered by NSWC Corona. Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Elizabeth Groncki, via email at Elizabeth.groncki@navy.mil no later than 12:00 pm PST on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N64267-18-T-0047 in the subject. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
