- SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE TO CAREER COMMUNICATION GROUP INC. A FIRM FIXED PRICE SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE ARMY MATERIAL COMMAND RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND ENGINEERING COMMAND, ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, MD 21010-5424. The U. S. Army Contracting Command, Edgewood Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1) with Career Communication Group, Inc. 729 E. Pratt Street, 5th floor, Baltimore, MD 21202. The awarded contractor shall provide timely delivery of Government requested material to the Be All You Are (BEYA) conference. Career Communication Group hosts the annual conference that provides Government and non-Government agencies access to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) talent and Minority Serving Institutions. Career Communications Group, Inc. is the conference sponsor and the only organization that can provide access to the conference, therefore there is no one else that can give the access needed to attend the conference and conduct required outreach, recruiting and branding missions. Career Communication Group shall provide the following: Part Description Total Quantity Diamond Plus Partnership Package 1 Full Registrations 20 10 x 10 Career Fair Booth Spaces 6 Additional 10 x 10 Career Fair Booth Spaces 4 Full Page Conference Ad 1 Recognition in Marketing Materials as a conference Partner 1 Ecruit Plus (includes banner ad and hyperlink, social media) 1 Interview Booth 1 Additional Interview Booths 6 Senior Level Award Presenter 1 Company Hosted Seminar 1 Seminar Panelist Opportunity 1 BEYA Selection Committee judges 1 Access to Corporate Sponsors Lounge The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561990. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, 3 February 2018. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
