- Sale of Post-Consumer Baled Recyclable Material The Fort Knox Qualified Recycle Program is issuing an invitation for sale of Post-Consumer Baled Recyclable Material. The duration: the offer made in Article II. 2 is accepted in accordance the terms and conditions of this Sales Solicitation. Evaluations for award will be based on best price offered to the QRP. Please open the attached document on this posting for the sale solicitation/agreement that is required for bidding.
