- Wage Determination Statement of Work Solicitation The 934 th Airlift Wing in Minneapolis, MN is soliciting quotes for a contract to inspect and test, and clean the Hood & Duct Systems at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station located adjacent to the Minneapolis International Airport. The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor, transportation and supervision to inspect, clean, and maintain the hood and duct systems at Minneapolis-St. Paul ARS, MN, in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) dated 01 January 2018. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA663318T0001 and is a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items/Services. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20171228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2017-1003. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5M. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months from 1 March 2018 - 28 February 2019 with 4 additional 12 month option periods for a total contract length including options of 60 months. One contract will be awarded resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the government.
