Solicitation 36C78618R0093 - Amendment 00001 Questions and Answers Who is the current provider? Answer: There isn t any current contract. What is the current rate charged? Answer: N/A Is this open only to Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business? Answer: Yes, this requirement is set aside to SDVOSB. In the Specifications/Work Statement Section, Item (h), (page 13 of 83) states: Contractor has 24 - 48 hours upon notification by the COR that the thirty-yard container needs to be picked-up, emptied and replaced. Does this solicitation include a 30-yard container, or any container other than one 6-yard front load container? Answer: NO, this is an error. Only a 6-yard container is needed. Would you please reconsider the allowable time window for servicing the 6-yard trash container at the Salisbury National Cemetery, and allow service at any time of day, Monday - Friday, vs. strictly within Cemetery business hours? Answer: Yes, the Government agrees for pick up operation on all hours, if it is ok with the site, as the 6-yard container is situated outside of the cemetery. Keep in mind that on call pick up exist in the SOW and the contractor must abide by providing extra picks up at a certain day/time if the cemetery requests it.
