This special notice is to inform the contractor on what types of blood draws will be done at their Facilities. Enclosed is the Blood Draws Lab work that will be done by the contractor: Comp. metabolic panel Hemoglobin A1C CBC with differential/platelet TSH UA/M w/rflx culture, routine Lipid panel Drug profile, UR, 9 drugs Vitamin B12 and folate Oxycodone/oxymorphone scr, UR Prostate specific AG, serum Ferritin, serum Iron and T1BC Microalb/creat ratio, random UR Basic metabolic panel (8) Prothrombin time (PT) Thyroid peroxidase (TPO),A Thyroxine (T4) free, direct, S Urine culture, routine Vitamin D, 25-hydroxy CBC, platelet, no differential HCV AB w/reflex to verification Reticulocyte count HCV RT-PCR, quant HCV genotyping ref Occult blood, fecal, IA Homocysteine, plasma AChR modulating AB Acetylchol recp bind AChR modulating AB reflex FSH and LH B-type natriuretic pep B-type natriuretic pep Test Results shall be faxed to VA Loma Linda Healthcare System at 909-777-3223 as soon as the results are available.
