Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award, base + 4 option years, for annual preventative maintenance, repair and technical support services for the bioMerieux Vidas System located at the Jamaica Plain VAMC with bioMerieux, Inc.. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A Sources Sought Notice was posted on FedBizOpps from 11/8/2017 through 11/15/2017, and bioMerieux was the only vendor interested in providing the service. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-106-1(b).
