- FA5004-18-B-C002, roof repair on building 3446, Eielson AFB, AK JA-1 Statement of Work JA-6 As-Builts JA-5 Wage Determination JA-4 Site Plan JA-3 AF Form 66 JA-2 Specifications THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR A REPLACEMENT IRMA ROOF SYSTEM WITH PVC ROOF SYSTEM AT EIELSON AFB, AK. The USAF is seeking quotations on replacement roof at building 3446 on Eielson AFB AK. the work shall include Furnish all plant, labor, supplies, parts, transportation, tools, equipement, and facilities necessary to perform work required to complete project FTQW 18-1018 in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and the Specifications. All work shall be warranted as indicated in this statement of work and in accordance to manufacture specifications. accordance with specifications and applicable drawings at Eielson AFB Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The disclosure of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c). This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, with a small business size standard of $15M. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished.
