Description
Major Construction Financial Review - Technical Questions 1-22-2018 1. For Task 1, how many projects are in the scope? Answer: Four (4) projects with a complete review. Thirty-one (31) projects reviewed at a high level. 2. Page 7 states that all offerors shall submit quote preparation costs. Please confirm. Answer: This statement is incorrect. Offerors will not submit quote preparation costs, as these costs are not reimbursable. 3. Page 8 states: The Vendor s signed copy of their GSA Schedule contract with all modifications will not be counted in the page limit. Please confirm that this is an open market RFP or if it is intended to be a GSA PSS RFQ. Answer: Any references to GSA contracts should be disregarded. This is an open market RFP. 4. Request extending final reports and scorecard delivery to 150 days after project kickoff do to the magnitude of the review.   (This will reduce risk with regards to timely receipt of GFI, coordination of field interviews, data collation and analysis, and iterative reviews of draft deliverables.   If the Government is constrained due to higher priorities, then any consideration for a POP extension is greatly appreciated.) Answer: The Period of Performance will remain 90 calendar days. Any unavoidable delays in the project, such as the submittal of Government Furnished Information, will be handled in accordance with the Clauses and Provisions of this contract. 5. Will the Major Construction Financial Review project be affected by the Government Shutdown? Answer: The Government shutdown does not currently affect the funding or support of this project.
