Description

This is a SPECIAL NOTICE to announce an INDUSTRY DAY in support of the Norfolk District Construction Program FY 2018. The INDUSTRY DAY will be held on Monday, 26 February 2018. The purpose of this event is to allow CONSTRUCTION contractors to present a very brief overview of their capabilities to the Norfolk District team. Additionally, this gathering will allow the Government to receive feedback from the construction community and to address any specific concerns. This market research tool is being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the acquisition strategy on our future projects. This event will be held at the Norfolk District HQ building located at 803 Front Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510-1096 on Monday, 26 February 2018 starting at 8:30. As time and space are limited, reservations will be required. Additional details will be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities at a later date but no later than 1 February 2018.
