This notice constitutes the only solicitation: Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will Attached to this notice. (ii) The solicitation is a Request For Quote under RFQ-18-RQ-0005. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect cited in The Federal Acquisition Regulations.
