- RFQ document Performance Work Statement THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation EA-133C-18-0109 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for installation, configuration, and testing of the Government owned audio/video equipment at the NOAA/National Ocean Service/Communications and Education Division, Silver Spring, MD, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The requirement also includes training for operation of the installed equipment and 12 months of maintenance with four one-year option periods for the maintenance. The Period of performance for this order is date of award through 12 months thereafter with four one-year option periods.
