THIS IS A TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE. PRODUCT SERVICE CODE (PSC)/NAICS INFORMATION: Product Service Code: 6505 (Drugs and Biologicals) NAICS Code: 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Prasugrel HCL 10mg for: Tucson AZ Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Tucson, AZ 85706 **See Request for Quotes (RFQ) 360C77018Q0246, and Pricing excel sheet for details of item requested with this requirement. Needed: Prasugrel HCL 10MG Tablets (30CT) for Tucson AZ CMOP. Vendors are encouraged to submit alternate NDC s for approval/technical acceptability on or before the quotation due date and time of close January 24, 2018 @ 4 PM CST. SOLICITATION: All responsible SDVOSB open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received by offer due date/time specified on Standard Form (SF) 1449 of solicitation & excel spreadsheet, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation 36C770-18-Q-0195 will be posted at www.fbo.gov approximately January 23, 2018 or shortly thereafter. Please direct any technical questions in writing via email to Karen R.
