Description
JTT Industry Days Special Notice Joint Program Office (JPO) for Joint Tactical Terminals (JTT) will conduct an Industry Days event on 14-15 February 2018 at the Mallette Training Facility (MTF), Bldg. 6008, 6575 Jayhawk Road, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The purpose of this Industry Days event is to provide information regarding the upcoming solicitation for the JTT program, hold an open forum for discussions of JTT follow-on capability requirements, and provide an opportunity for one-on-one sessions with industrial base entities. The Industry Day events will be Unclassified. This announcement should not be construed as a Request For Proposal (RFP) or a commitment by the US Government. The US Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Industry Day. The Government will not be liable for payment of any expenses incurred as a result of attending this Industry Day. Industry Day will be two (2) days and begin at 0900 Eastern Daylight Time (EST) on 14 February 2018. 14 February 2018 (Day 1): General Session will begin with a program overview, followed by a question and answer session and One-on-One sessions. 15 February 2018 (Day 2): General Session will continue with customer viewpoints, followed by a question and answer session and One-on-One sessions. The General Session will finish by 1230 hours. During the scheduled one-on-one sessions, interested industry entities will have the opportunity to meet with Government representatives for no more than 45 minutes. The Government requests that each interested party provide their capabilities to meet the specifications during the one-on-one discussions. Requests to schedule an Industry Day one-on-one session with the Government must be submitted at the same time as registration for the event (see instructions below). Industry is encouraged to ask questions during the Industry Day open session or one-on-one sessions. Additional comments and questions may be submitted in writing to the Government following the event, and the Government will take these into consideration as needed. Each industry entity participating will be limited to a maximum of five (5) Industry Day attendees. Attendance is limited to US Department of Defense contractors. Attendees must be US citizens. It is recommended that all non-US entities utilize US citizen representatives. Industry partners interested in attending the JTT industry Day must submit an email with subject line: "Attend JTT Industry Day 14-15 February 2018" to the Administrative POC, Ms. Jessica Park, email: jessica.c.park.civ@mail.mil no later than 07 February 2018, 5:00 P.M. EST. JPO JTT may not be able to accommodate any reservations submitted after that date. Reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis or until capacity has been met. Each registration email should contain: • Entity name, CAGE code, business unit, address • Business type - Identify as large business, small business, or any other socioeconomic business • Identify NDI Terminal using for IBS Terminal requirement • Primary point of contact with phone number and email address • List of attendees - provide full legal names and confirm US citizenship for each attendee • Request a one-on-one session - Indicate if one is desired, and preference as to day and time during the JTT industry Days Confirmation of registration for the event and one-on-one session (if requested) will be provided by email. Please note that telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Industry participants will receive a separate follow up email with the date and time for their one-on-one session. Directions and other meeting information will be provided to registrants. There will be no registration fee.
