Condensate Filter Specifications Maximum Pressure at Inlet 232 psig Maximum Ambient Air Temperature 140 ºF Minimum Ambient Air Temperature 41 ºF Estimated Weight shall not excced13 LBS (dry weight) Number of Inlet Connections: 2 Condensate Filter accessories: - Shall be constructed with Light materials for ease of handling and filling - Shall be crafted of rotation-molded polyethylene - Shall use coated polypropylene absorbent technology - Shall be designed as a single absorbent cartridge incorporating two-stage separation -Shall be self-contained single element and be easily replaceable and suitable for landfill disposal -Shall be able to discharge condensates under pressure into the unit - Shall have no electricity requirements - Shall have no hard piping required - Shall have no moving parts - Shall have capabilities for water purity sampling port with shut-off valve. Maintenance - Shall have easily removable lids - Shall have Filter cartridges that are equipped with lifting handles - Shall be capable of changing filter without disconnecting inlet lines Technical details Compressor controller: shall have software with embedded controller technology and operating system to monitor all critical compressor and control functions, and maintains a non-volatile memory of at least the last 100 event messages for easy troubleshooting and record keeping. Remote start/stop, programmable timers, and two-unit sequencing (lead/lag). Five user-selectable programmed control modes (Quadro,Vario, Dual, Continuous, and Dynamic). · Controller Design: Shall be of modular design with flexible I/O configurations allowing the monitoring/control of ancillary compressed air equipment (dryers, drain traps, filters, etc.), sending alarm/warning conditions via dry contacts (low pressure, compressor running, etc.), and remote start/stop capability. The controller shall have an RFID log in for user access and security, an SD card slot for quick easy updates. It should also include an SD card to record performance data for advanced troubleshooting and compressor analysis. Shall be designed using an open architecture for communications with various standard industrial protocols. Shall have the ability to connect and synchronize 2 compressors for lead lag functionality for equalizing of run times or changing between high demand and low demand shifts. It shall have multiple pre-programmed control profiles that are user-selectable to fit application. And can be easily integrated with most compressed air master control systems. Communication: Controller shall have remote monitoring using built in web server via Ethernet port. Allows for seamless integration into existing plant monitoring or data acquisition systems with the ability to also change parameters, acknowledge alarms, or remote start/stop the compressor. Monitoring: Controller shall have remote monitoring with Web Server and email capability via standard Ethernet port. It shall be capable on indicating all critical messages/alarms including pressure, temperature, electrical overloads, that will shut down the compressor before a major failure occurs. The controller shall have the ability to add user-configured parameters to trigger/define additional alarms, warnings, or operational messages as needed. Performance Data : Shall include but not limited to runtime, duty cycle, total load and run hours, air end runtime and discharge temperature, motor starts and max/min/actual pressure. Service Interval Counters: Shall monitors and alerts for scheduled preventive maintenance of critical components such as fluid change and fluid filter, air filter replacement, and motor bearing greasing interval.
