Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice for the establishment of an Employee Assistance Program offering services for work-related problems, traumatic incidents, substance abuse, mental illness, marital and family problems, and other financial problems with the Ann Arbor VA Health Care System. This program is comprehensive to provide employees with support, tools, and resources to manage through difficult times and remain productive on the job. Include in your response a copy of your capabilities statement. Please note if the required services are available via your GSA Schedule or Open Market. The anticipated NAICS Code for this acquisition is 621330 and the current size standard is $7.5 million. This Sources Sought Notice is intended to locate Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, or any other interested party. For consideration as an SDVOSB or VOSB the contractor shall be registered in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database. This is not a Request for Quotation and quotes shall not be reviewed at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by the contractor as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. All responses shall be submitted via email by Monday, January 29, 2018 at 1:00 PM EST. Responses shall be submitted to Jeremy Boston at Jeremy.Boston@va.gov. Phone calls shall not be accepted for this notice.
