- Attachment 3_Redstone Arsenal Access Instructions Attachment 2_RSVP Response Form Attachment 1_Parking Area Type 4 (T4) Subscale Target Acquisition Industry Day The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) will host Pre-solicitation Industry Days on February 27 & 28, 2018, in Huntsville, AL for the T4 Subscale Target requirement. This event will be held on February 27 & 28, 2018, 2018 from 07:30 - 17:00 central standard time (CST) at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Huntsville, Alabama and requires pre-registration by all industry participants. All attendees must have a Visit Access Request (VAR) on-file with MDA to participate in this event. Any person attending Industry Days must have either a US SECRET or INTERIM SECRET level or higher security clearance. Industry Day is restricted to five (5) attendees per company. The directions to the Industry Day facility are attached to this announcement. Industry Day Agenda/Topic, below is a tentative schedule for planning purposes: February 27, 2018 07:30 - 08:00 Registration and Welcome 08:00 - 11:00 Industry Day Presentation in Von Braun III Auditorium 11:00 - 12:00 One-on-one sessions (1) 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch Break 13:00 - 17:00 One-on-one sessions (4) 17:00 Adjournment February 28, 2018 (If needed) 07:30 - 08:00 Registration and Welcome 08:00 - 12:00 One-on-one sessions (4) 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch Break 13:00 - 17:00 One-on-one sessions (4) 17:00 Adjournment Pre-Registration Instructions: In order to attend, industry participants must pre-register via e-mail to T-4SubscaleTargetACQ@mda.mil, subject line shall state "RSVP Type 4 Industry Day". Please include the name and information of the five (5) attendees from your respective companies attending using the attached RSVP spreadsheet. Prime contractors are responsible for providing a consolidated listing with all attendees, inclusive of teaming partners and subcontractor(s) attendees. No RSVP's will be accepted after 17:00 CST February 20, 2018. A consolidated listing of all participants (name and company) in this event will be posted on FedBizOpps. Visit Access Request (VAR) Instructions: All VAR's must be submitted by 17:00 CST February 20, 2018. VARs must be received by February 20, 2018 to ensure no last-minute access problems occur. All MDA and NON-MDA VAR's are sent by the company or organization requesting their assigned personnel (listed individually by name) be admitted to MDA or other non-MDA areas controlled by MDA SOC/HSV for purpose of participating in this event. To submit or verify the status of your VAR, contact MDA Security at 256-450-3214 (or X3215). VAR information can be sent via FAX to (256) 450-3222, or emailed to mdaaccesscontrolhsv@mda.mil. JPAS SMO Code: DDAAUH All VARs/VALs must include at least the following information: a. Name and address of the organization transmitting the VAR: b. Name of the organization to which the individual(s) on the VAR is visiting: MDA/TC c. First Name, Last Name, SSN, Date-of Birth, Place-of-Birth, and Citizenship of each individual listed on the VAR (name as shown on CAC or military ID: d. Clearance Level (collateral clearance) of each individual listed on the VAR: e. Organization granting the clearance and the most recent background/suitability investigation for the clearance was satisfactorily completed: f. Dates of visit: 27 and 28 February 2018 g. Unclassified statement as to the purpose of the visit: To attend T4 Industry Day. j. Name and signature of security officer or individual certifying clearances of individuals cited in the VAR (visitor's organization): Additional Information: Industry Participants may not bring any electronic devices into the MDA Presentation Center or one-on-one sessions. Please leave all cell phones, Blackberries, Tablets, etc. in your vehicles or lockboxes located in the lobby. One-on-one sessions - One-on-One sessions are classified no higher than SECRET. Due to limited availability of time slots, One-on-one sessions will not exceed 60 minutes in length and are limited to Prime Offerors and no more than five (5) personnel. One-on-One sessions will be booked as received in your Industry Day RSVP. Participants must request a One-on-One session in the body of the email. Due to limited time available for One-on-One sessions, Contractors should submit questions in writing by 17:00 CST on February 20, 2018. For questions arising during One-on-One sessions that are unanswered, Contractors may submit them in writing using the comment matrix provided in Section L, Attachment 1 of the Draft RFP. Verbal questions are not permitted during the Industry Day Presentation. Any questions stemming from the MDA presentation must be submitted using the provided question form. All questions or comments must be submitted by 17:00 CST March 2, 2018 (please use the comment matrix provided in Section L, Attachment 1 of the Draft RFP). All questions and answers will be posted on FedBizOpps prior to release of the formal Request of Proposal (RFP). No company information will be posted; only questions and answers will be posted to FedBizOpps. Parking is identified on the attached Von Braun (VB) Complex map, please enter Redstone Arsenal (RSA) at Gate 9 and proceed to the MDA VBIII building (per map provided). Please enter VBIII using the North (Main) Entrance (all visitors will be processed through the security desk/magnetometer) and will sign in with MDA security. T4 Targets Industry Day badges will be assigned at the North Entrance only.
