- Description
- AMENDMENT 5: 1. The SEC currently anticipates a total of 18 awards: 15 in the Small Business Pool and 3 in the Unrestricted Pool. 2. As the market has seen, the SEC has a strong preference for Small Businesses. Thus the SEC anticipates awarding to the Small Business Pool and Unrestricted Pool sequentially. Small Business Pool first. Unrestricted Pool upon completion of the Small Business Pool award process. 3. In support of the self-scoring worksheet, each proposal (team) may provide up to four (4) examples of current experience and four (4) examples of past performance references. Template provided by the SEC. The Unrestricted pool must provide current experience /past performance at the Prime only level; the Small Business Pool can provide current experience/past performance of any major team member. The current experience and past performance references must correlate and come from the same project. 4. It is anticipated that Increased points will be allowed for proposals that provide direct evidence for both SEC current experience and successful SEC past performance. 5. It is anticipated that all subsequent Task Orders will be set aside 100% for the Small Business Pool, unless adequate justification can be demonstrated for otherwise. Consistent with Federal Procurement Policy. 6. Based on historic trends, the SEC will also, as possible, set-aside acquisitions at the Task Order level to various socio-economic subcategories including, but not limited to, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, Minority, HUBZone, and SDB. 7. Small Business proposals that do not adequately represent all 7 channels will not be considered responsive. Unrestricted proposals that do not adequately represent all 6 eligible channels will not be considered responsive. 8. Caveat Venditor
