The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWCCO) has a requirement for the procurement of a Man-portable Aircraft Survivability Trainer (MAST) System. The acquisition will be conducted using the advisory multi-step process pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.202 resulting in a Firm Fixed Price contract. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.
