- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Ammunition, BRAND NAME, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (See Below), as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C24418Q0266 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) also sees attached security requirements. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (iv) This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS code 332992 has a small business size standard of 1250. Model - Remington Golden Saber 9mm caliber, 124 grain Jacketed Hollow Point Duty Ammunition This ammunition is required per VA Police Training Unit 18 for duty use. 2. Model - Federal American Eagle 9mm caliber, 124 grain full metal jacket training ammunition This ammunition meets all the requirements for training ammunition, set forth in VA Police Training Unit 18 3. Model Speer.223 62 Grain Gold Dot.223 caliber, 62 grain soft point duty ammunition This ammunition meets all the requirements for duty ammunition, set forth in VA Police Training Unit 18. 4. Model RUAG.223 55 Grain Full Metal Jacket.223 caliber, 55 grain full metal jacket training ammunition This ammunition meets all the requirements for training ammunition, set forth in VA Police Training Unit 18.
