- Site Map The purpose of this synopsis is to notify small businesses that the Government intends to issue solicitation W15QKN-18-Q-1027 early February 2018. Procurement Description: On behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) the United States Army Contracting Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a low magnitude construction project to replace a sewage line and remove a loading ramp at the Charleston Armed Forces Reserve Command (AFRC)/Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) #107 (G), Cross Lanes, WV. The period of performance of this requirement is 60 calendar days from the date of which the Notice to Proceed is issued by the Contracting Officer. Description of Work: Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to accomplish the following work which consists of but is not limited to removal of a tree and other vegetation from the east side of facility, trench to sanitary sewer line, replacing an existing 4" exterior cast iron sanitary sewage line, and a short section of existing 2" sanitary sewer line from the building foundation to the taps. Prior to installing new line contractor shall clean out existing 4" line from the foundation into the building, approximately 20 feet. Contractor shall clean out existing 2" sewage line from the building foundation to the first upturned fitting. Backfill trench and reseed area. Contractor shall demolish approximately 13' x 32' existing concrete loading ramp located on the east side of the training building. (See attached drawing.) Excavate and remove foundations. Remove from the site all debris and provide clean backfill. Post excavation and debris removal, contractor shall fill, compact, regrade, and seed area.
