Description

The work includes, but is not limited to, construct a 1,254 SM (13,500 SF) pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) near RR415. The structure will be a single-story with brick veneer. Electrical systems include power distribution, lighting, energy monitoring system, IDS, electrical switch gear, and fire alarm. Mechanical systems include plumbing, required fire protection, and air conditioning. Information systems include telephone, data, and local area networks. Site work includes parking, fencing, domestic water, fire protection water, sanitary sewer, propane gas, storm water management, communications, cable television, and area lighting. Air conditioning: 143 kW (41 tons). Construct an addition to an existing PEMB and incidental related work. This project is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. A complete list of specifications will be included in the solicitation.
