- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATION, AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up request. The U. S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks other than full and open competition and intends to award a sole source contract to FUJI Film to provide FUJI Plates. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325992, Photogragraphic film, paper, plates, and chemical manufacturing. Under the Authority - Citations: 41 U.S.C. 5 (3). Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 (a) (ii) "Only one source will satisfy agency requirement", for this critical product. This notice is not a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the descretion of the Government. Oral communication are not acceptable in response to this notice. All reasons shall be sent to Rhonda Sturdavant-Harris on or before February 1, 2018, not later than 11:00 am EST.
