- Updated Terms and Conditions as of 01/24/2018 Updated SF1449 as of 01/24/2018 Amendment 01 AMENDMENT #1: The Contracting Officer has determined that the requirement is no longer considered commercial. To reflect this change, clauses and/or provisions have been updated throughout the Terms and Conditions document, but primarily in sections I and K. Specifically, see the attached amendment document to view the clauses that were added or removed. Please see the updated Terms and Conditions and corresponding SF1449. Please note that the due date of 5:00 PM ET on February 2, 2018 HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED.
