Description

Statement of Work The Ann Arbor VA s National Center for Patient Safety located at 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M2100, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 requires an extended warranty for annual parts and service for two (2) Laerdal SIMMAN 3G simulators. The contract shall be for a one (1) year base period with one (1) option year. Period of performance for the base year shall be 02/09/2018-02/08/2019. Contractors shall be an authorized Laerdal distributor. Prepaid shipping to and from the Ann Arbor VA s National Center for Patient Safety. All work, if performed on site, shall be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm EST; excluding Federal Holidays or any Federal Holiday as authorized by the President of the United States which includes: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. This solicitation is a set-a-side for SDVOSB.
