THIS IS A PRESOLISITATION NOTICE This is a re-issue of a previous notice The VA HCS Oklahoma City intends to release Solicitation 36C25918R0197. The purpose of this requirement is to renovate the existing Cardiac Catheterization Lab Suite (Cath Lab) 1 & 2 approximately 3,000 square feet at VA HCS Oklahoma City. The VA will turn Cath Lab # 1&2 over to contractor after Cath Lab # 3 and Modular Cath Lab are in operation. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after Feb 6th, 2018. This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $36.5M. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. Any SDVOSB and VOSB offerors must be registered in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only. All offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed. All questions must be submitted in writing by email- aldo.girany@va.gov (preferred). Magnitude is $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00
