This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. A.1b The solicitation# is 36C25218Q0476 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). A.1c The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91, effective 09/30/2016. A.1d This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The associated NAICS Code 561492 (Court Reporting & Stenotype Services) with a small business size standard of $15M. A.1e This requirement is for Court Reporting Services at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Chicago, IL and the Hines VA Hospital (VAH) in Hines, IL.
