- Attachment 2 Bid Schedule Attachment 1 Specs Draft Solicitation To ensure the formal solicitation is executed in the most effective manner possible, we are posting a draft solicitation for review and comment. This draft solicitation shall NOT be considered a formal request for proposal, quotation, or an invitation for bid, nor does responding to this draft solicitation guarantee or exclude your participation in the forth coming acquisition process. All information and documents posted under this draft solicitation are preliminary in nature and may be updated or amended prior to the release of the formal solicitation. The Government will NOT award a contract solely on the basis of this draft solicitation, nor will it be liable for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a response to this notice. All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned. This announcement includes a DRAFT Solicitation, Attachment 1 Specs, and Attachment 2 Bid Schedule. (Attachment 3 and 4 are not included). The intent of this draft solicitation release is to provide an opportunity for industry to provide feedback into the upcoming solicitation. Your questions and input will be used to further refine, improve, or clarify the solicitation. The Government requests that all input and questions to this DRAFT solicitation be sent via e-mail to TSgt Nathean Stoner email nathean.stoner@us.af.mil and Arthur Makekau email arthur.makekau@us.af.mil. The Government will not review any capability statements, please ensure submissions are tailored to this announcement. Comments regarding the draft solicitation are welcomed and should be specific. Candid feedback is requested in order to obtain the best ideas, greater efficiency, incorporated industry initiatives, and best practices. There is no page limit to your responses, however vendors are encouraged to provide concise responses or comments. Vendor responses to this announcement shall be submitted in PDF or in a Microsoft Word Format.
