Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to conduct market research for a Upgrade Elevators on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia, South Carolina. The purpose of this sources sought is to locate possible Service-Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) who are registered and certified on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) web page portal located at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Default.aspx and able to perform Upgrade Elevators at the facility. If your business and/or company qualify as stated above and are interested in participating please provide a capability statement not to exceed two pages (excluding past performance information reports) which includes the following information via email to Thaddeus.Willoughby@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. 1. Verification from the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) that shows your business name, DUNS, NAICS, and whether you are a SDVOSB or VOSB. The NAICS is 238290. 2. Must provide a minimum of three past performance information reports within the past five years that shows your company has performed elevator upgrades, elevator systems upgrades, and elevator decommissioning of an occupied medical center or building. 3. Summary description of the company s; Core Capabilities, Description of major services offered, Major Clients (Commercial and Government), and NAICS Codes 4. Must provide a letter stating you are interested in this requirement and would like to consider providing an offer if a solicitation is advertised. All required information listed above must be provided by February 15, 2018 no later than 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)
