- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing other than Full and Open Competition. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in one Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year options. The part being procured is Source Mount Block for NSN 1680-01-622-0567. There is one approved source for supply: Thales Visionix, Inc., CAGE 6ZJM6 with part number A13301-4. The estimated annual quantity is 60 each. The required delivery schedule is 156 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for these NSNs. Solicitation issue date is 13 FEBRUARY 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select " Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
