Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Replace Elevator Flooring Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), Columbus, Ohio The Department of Veterans Affairs, 420 North James Road, Columbus, OH has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision to Replace Elevator Flooring at the Chalmers P. Wylie VAACC, Columbus, OH. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. Work is to be completed in 30 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Award for the entire project. Estimated construction magnitude is less than $25,000. NAICS is 238330, with a size standard of $15.0 Million. This is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation materials will be available on/about February 1, 2018. The specifications, drawings and amendments/notices, if any, will be posted on this web site. Quotes will be due 16 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotes. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No bidders list is maintained.
