Solicitation: 36C78618R0132 The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and services to provide pest control work described on the attached Solicitation, Plans and Specifications at Long Island National Cemetery, located at 2040 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale New York, 11735 Awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and must also be registered and certified in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All proposals must be submitted via the VA vendor s portal. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email to Iris Chen, Contracting Officer, at iris.chen1@va.gov as instructed in the solicitation. Electronic solicitations is available for download from http://www.fbo.gov/ on January 25, 2018. Responses to the solicitation are due by February12, 2018, 2:00 p.m. EST. No facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments. This Solicitation is subject to Far Clause 52.232-18 "Availability of Funds" Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent up the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
