- PR: 0070217437, ISSUE DATE: 9 FEBRUARY 2018; CLOSING DATE: 8 MARCH 2018. This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 125, National Stock Number (NSN) 1560 014953278. Approved source(s): NA 1 G ITEM- IAW drawing. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside, using Full and Open Competition, after Exclusion of Sources. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct. Production delivery is 677 Days AFAA. This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to Export-control regulations. This is a critical application item. Government First Article Preproduction approval required. Testing will be in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications and/or Engineering instructions. Digital mylar data exists for this NSN, and will be included in the technical data package provided by DLA If unable to use the data in the digital format provided, the contractor will be responsible for having the data converted to the necessary format (i.e. mylar film), through a third party and bear the associated costs when converting from digital to stable based format, the digital mylar shall be plotted on Stable base material, while maintaining the dimensional accuracy demands of the undimensioned drawing. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written proposal. See page 2 of the solicitation for methods of proposal submittal. This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction. The Reverse Auction will be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate. Suppliers are encouraged to access Procurex to self-register and review the available training to learn how to participate in an auction. Suppliers who do not self-register will be loaded into Procurex by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation. The solicitation issue date is 9 February 2018, closing 8 March 2018.
