Answer You may include your response to the Technical Evaluation Criteria in any part of your submission as long as it is easily identifiable. Question Does the prime firm need to be a licensed architecture/engineering firm? Or can they be a historic preservation consultant with architects and engineers on their team? Question We are a small business MEP engineering firm with the primary NAIC code of 541330. However, we are registered on SAM.gov under 541310 as well. Would that make us eligible to prime an opportunity such as this? Answer: This procurement is listed under NAICS Code 541310. If your firm is listed under NAICS 541310 as a small business you may submit on this procurement. The technical evaluation panel will evaluate your team based on the Technical Evaluation Criteria stated in the announcement. Submission Requirement In order to be considered for award of this IDIQ contract, firms (s) must possess all professional qualifications for required disciplines, including individual licenses, certifications, etc. for those states listed in the primary area of coverage. The team as a whole must have at least one person licensed in each state within the primary area of coverage, for each required discipline. Clarification Each discipline needs to be addressed and identified. In addition, at the time of submission, teams must have at least one person licensed in each state within the primary area for each discipline that requires licenses, certifications, etc.
